Pop Mart’s flagship toy convention, Pop Toy Show, just wrapped up its Beijing leg earlier this month (that “Angry Molly” sample plush!), and this weekend, the show makes its Southeast Asia stop at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. I’m en route (it’s 18 hours of flying from Seattle 😵‍💫), and while I’m on this long-haul flight, we might as well look at some of the exhibitors (and their toys) coming to this year’s convention. Think of it as the Comic-Con of Art-Toys.

The real appeal of Pop Toy Show is its exclusive products. The Pop Mart lineup is coming in the next day—expect stuff from everyone from Kasing Lung’s Labubu to Skullpanda to Pucky. I’ll get into all of that later this week (Beijing’s show should give a good preview), but let’s start with some of the standout exhibitors who’ve signed up to show this year.

  1. Club Babo - Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Ian Wong, founder of Hong Kong toy brand Club Babo, poses in a brightly coloured shirt and black trousers in front of a wall covered in Flat Cat comic panels.

Club Babo is a Hong Kong–based art-toy project with a fun, subculture-inspired style. According to PMQ’s profile on the brand, it was founded in 2019 by Ian Wong, who created signature character Flat Cat during the pandemic. Club Babo is confirmed on the Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025 exhibitor list (booth AE66). While show-only exclusives haven’t been officially announced, the brand’s current No Fear Tour line, below, includes the No Fear Cap Hat, No Fear acrylic stand, Black No Fear Tour Tee, and this as-of-now sold-out “metal” plushie. I need it.

2. Erikartoon — Singapore 🇸🇬

Based in Singapore, illustrator and graphic designer Erika Tay (AKA Erikartoon) draws inspiration from scary movies, anime, and folklore. Her art toys often feature gory themes with intricate detailing (think pufferfish girls and theme‑park demons), while always upholding a playful charm. She’s confirmed she’ll exhibit at Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025, and she’s bringing a new hand‑painted resin figure called Miss Bubu. According to her announcement, Miss Bubu is no ordinary baby tooth—she fell too soon, refused to close her one eye to the world, and set off on an epic adventure with a ragtag group of oddball friends. If you love creepy-cute toys, head to booth AE21.

3. La La Company — Malaysia 🇲🇾 + China 🇨🇳

Malaysian artist and graphic designer Radio Woon paints a world where characters sport big eyes, bold mouths and bolder marker strokes. La La Company’s universe sprang from Woon’s sketchbook in Kuala Lumpur, and he later moved his studio to Shanghai, China, where he continued to build out his art-toy catalog. In 2025 he teamed up with Pop Mart on the Mega Space Molly × La La Company project, merging his signature Durian Man character with Pop Mart’s Space Molly—a hit collaboration that I think signals more crossovers to come. Now his creations are hustling all the way to Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025. There, Woon will unveil No Love Bear, above, a hot‑pink 16 cm sofubi figure with a stitched heart, released exclusively at the show in a hand‑painted edition of just 50 pieces at AE73.

4. Finding Unicorn (F.UN) — China 🇨🇳

Founded in 2018, this Shenzhen–based art-toy label delivers a pastel‑hued, pop‑art aesthetic while staying true to its name by “finding” and collaborating with distinctive artists. “F.UN” consistently collaborates with artists worldwide to produce blind‑box series. Signature lines include FARMER BOB (the brainchild of Korean artist Jo Young Woon; Bob’s bearded design nods to Bob Ross and Bob Marley), and RiCO, alongside series like ShinWoo, AAMY, Molinta, zZoton, REPOLAR, and Agan. The brand has confirmed its return to Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025 at Booth J22, promising PTS‑exclusive figures and promoting autograph sessions with the artists behind RiCO and FARMER BOB.

A pastel-pink figurine with swirly hair pilots a smiling white “Sweet” car against a dreamy violet backdrop—this PTS‑exclusive toy, produced by Finding Unicorn, captures the sugary whimsy of its creator’s aesthetic.

Finding Unicorn’s booth at Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025 isn’t just about farmhands and pharaohs, it’s also unveiling this limited‑edition RiCO “Sweet Ride” figure, available exclusively at Booth J22. 📸 Pop Mart

5. Artox Group LTD — Hong Kong 🇭🇰 + Japan 🇯🇵

Artox Group Ltd (Booth AE33, AE35) is a Hong‑Kong‑based art platform and toy producer whose business spans collectibles across Asia. The group is co‑founded by Keith Wong and Wilkie Wu, who describe it as “a socially responsible arts‑and‑culture organization.” For Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025, Artox is teaming up with Mogols, a whimsical series led by Japanese pipe‑cleaner artist Takuma Fujisaki. Fujisaki, an art director and “mall” (a Japanese loan word from the German word “moll,” meaning “pile” or “fluff”—AKA, for Americans, pipe‑cleaner) artist, has run exhibitions and workshops in Tokyo for over a decade. At PTS SG, Expect fuzzy aliens and colorful chaos.

6. Parimroj Studio — Thailand 🇹🇭

A whimsical universe built on lumps and smiles, Parimroj Studio comes to Pop Toy Show from Rayong City in Thailand. Its signature creation is Jaogon, a super-muscled playful character (above). The studio is helmed by Parimroj Pinyo (also known as I‑Tim), who was born in Rayong City and began sculpting the Jaogon character in 2017. His bubble‑bodied creatures have even headlined a solo show, “The Happiness of Gon World,” at Galleria Benetti in 2023 (below). This year he’s teaming up with Happy Virus at Booth AE23 to bring “exclusive pieces” and the kind of effervescent, oddball energy that the brand promises to spread.

7. Ziqi / Ziqi Dino — Singapore 🇸🇬

Ziqi, Monster Little’s mastermind and independent Singaporean artist, creates a world of cute little monsters. His Monster Little universe translates his love of kaiju into soft‑vinyl art: 10–12 cm Dinos, Qiqis and BinkBinks dripping in candy-tinted colors. His creatures have been commissioned for a range of clients and frequently appear in shows across Asia. He’s confirmed for Pop Toy Show Singapore 2025 at AE02, and if past booths are any guide we’ll see his soft‑vinyl dinos next to Monster Little stickers, badges and postcards.

Two colorful vinyl figures by Ziqi and Unbox Industries from the Little Dino platform, depicting SpongeBob (yellow dino) and Patrick (pink dino) with wide grins and playful cartoon detailing. Released in 2019.
